公告事項
一、畢業證書發放作業提供預約到校領取，詳見「114學年度第2學期畢業證書領取事宜公告」。
※每日領證預約名額有限，現場僅接受已預約畢業生領證。
二、請於領證前登入「學生資訊入口網」【學籍‧成績】➡【學生資訊管理系統】➡【基本資料表】確認英文姓名，以利正確製作學位證書。
三、學位證書領取時間為115.06.10～115.08.27，請確認已完成各單位離校程序始得領證（核可狀態皆為 V 者）。※若學生證遺失請持身分證驗證為本人始得領取。
四、本學期學位證書未及於115.08.27日前領取者，得自115.08.31起補領，請至教務處網站下載「畢業生離校程序單」辦理，確認完成各離校程序後持單至註冊組領取學位證書。
五、委託他人領取學位證書者，請下載「代辦委託書」，受託人持本人身分證及委託書始得代領。
六、115.06.29 ~ 115.09.04為本校暑假作息時間，上班時間為週一至週四（08：00～16: 30）。
全校暑假共休週為115.08.10~115.08.14，於此期間暫停服務。

Announcement
1. Graduation certificates are distributed by appointment only. For detailed information, please refer to the announcement on the website of the Office of Academic Affairs.
※ Daily appointment slots are limited. Only graduates with confirmed appointments will be served on-site.
2. Before collecting your certificate, please log in to the Student Portal → [Enrollment & Registration] → [Student Information Management System] → [Basic Information] to verify your English name to ensure the accurate printing of your degree certificate.
3. The certificate collection period is from June 10, 2026, to August 27, 2026. Please ensure that you have completed all university leaving procedures (all items must be marked with a “V”) before collecting your certificate.
※ If you lost your student ID card, please provide a personal identification, passport, or ARC for identity verification.
4. Graduates who are collecting your degree certificate after August 27, please download the “Graduation Procedure Form” [畢業生離校程序單] from the website of the Office of Academic Affairs, complete all leaving procedures, and bring the form to the Registrar’s Office to collect your certificate.
5. If you authorize another person to collect your certificate, please download the “Power of Attorney for Graduation” [代辦委託書]. The authorized representative must provide their own personal identification and the completed Power of Attorney form in order to collect the certificate.
6. Summer Service Hours: From July 1 to September 4, 2026, Monday to Thursday, 08:00-12:00 / 13:00-16:30.
August 10-14, 2026 is the university's common summer break period, and services will not be provided.
